As such, this information will not be shared, except for parties where it is absolutely necessary:

• Decision makers at the lending agencies/lien holders that service your loans and must approve your Pre-Foreclosure Workout Program.
• Attorneys, credit counseling agencies, or third party representatives that you authorize us to work with to complete your Workout Program.

It is our policy to treat each file as extremely confidential. We do not resell or disclose personal information to any other third parties.
